Recruitment process:


1st step – Submitting the application form
Search for the job that interests you in the Job Offers (Oferty pracy) tab. Even if you have not found the offer you are interested in, you can send us your application. In the case of a spontaneous application, it is important to include information about consent to the processing of personal data in order to participate in various recruitment processes carried out by PZL-Świdnik S.A.


2nd step – Selection of applications
Among collected applications we choose candidates who meet our formal requirements. Applications are consulted with the department requesting for recruitment.


3rd step – Telephone contact
We contact selected candidates via phone to perform a preliminary verification of the information included in the candidate’s application form. People who meet our formal requirements are invited to the next stage.


4th step – Job interview
The interview is held at the headquarters of our company with the participation of a representative of the function requesting an employee and a human resources department employee


5th step – Assessment Centre 
Candidates for positions in administration and office, engineering and technical and management are subject to the assessment of competence by the Assessment Centre method.


6th step – Decision
After analyzing the results of all the steps, we contact the candidates to inform about our decision on employment in PZL-Świdnik S.A.

Internships and apprenticeships


Throughout the year we carry out internship and apprenticeship projects in almost all departures of our company, with special regard to departments such as: technological, design and quality control. We offer support of specialists in exploring the secrets of the aviation industry and the opportunity to learn about the specifics of work in an international company. Our candidates are expected to be open to learning and to have a good knowledge of English.
